This is another Castle Dairy first as we open our kitchen to a charity guest chef evening in aid of Hospitality Action. On 14th November we will be welcoming prestigious chef Paul Leonard from The Burlington Restaurant, at The Devonshire Arms Hotel and Spa, Bolton Abbey but his apprentice chefs too in a joint effort to showcase the importance of developing young talent and broadening their skills by sharing the expertise of not one, but two acclaimed chefs.
The evening will start at 7pm with each head chef taking on different courses and the two restaurant managers working together to produce an optional wine flight to go with your dishes.
The event has been generously supported by our local suppliers with both Wellocks and Hodgsons providing the produce and seafood for the evening and we already have a number of excellent prizes to be won in our raffle, to give you a taster the prizes include overnight stays at some acclaimed hotels and prestigious tasting menu dinners.
